Clear Image Automotive dyno testing, flow bench testing and more...
so you guys are at 301hp with just a tune/SRI and hahn is at 290hp with CAI, cat-back, and tune. lol and your tune is $250 and hahn's PPC, cat-back, and CAI is almost $2000. lol i am glad i waited. Clear Image FTW
Ohh and another thing about the charge piping when we put it on with the tune and dynoed it, it spooled right away and about 3000 rpm it got it ON the efficiency over stock routing is MAKE SO MUCH DIFFERENCE!!!
Certainly impressive numbers, but we need to be careful about comparing different dynos at different elevations, temps, and humidity. The Seattle area where Trifecta is located is near sea level, while Hahn is near Chicago. A better indicater would be to look at the before and after numbers of each outfit to see which increased the most.
So, this was only with the intake and tune? I was under the impression the charge pipes were tested too, or was the charge piping dynoed separately?

Start putting GB on the Items and lower the amount of buyers...50 is a number that will not be reached with others already having there pipes out(NO HOMO). Hahn had to out-source to 4 non board members to reach 20. Just a thought.....

Well we have dyno numbers for the SRI and tune the reason it took so long is because we maximized the tune on many dyno runs, then we did the SRI, then we did a 2in charge piping to see if that was better then stock and it wasn't then we did our FOR SALE charge piping and ran out of time, we dynoed straight from 12pm to 4:30pm, so next week we will have results for the downpipe and exhaust, but like i said Dan has all the numbers and will be going though those and posting them on monday. For all the parts we are putting on i am going to be getting a new clutch to hold more power i feel better about this because as we all know the stock clutch sucks and probably be updating the clutch fluid from DOT3 to DOT4
Well on the drive home which was 200 miles on I-5 doing around 70-75 i was getting 29mpg, doing around 60mph i got 33mpg, city lately has been around 20.5 mpg and let me explain my city driving i get to a light and stop then it goes green then i go and get stuck at another red light a quarter mile down the road, i live in traffic it takes me 25mins to get 4.5 miles to my work in the morning!!!!!! lets say road rage is a thing of the past in this traffic just nothing you can do about it!!!
You'lll love it, what amazes me is that the car is still very smooth, unless you hit water then you will have issues with traction, but ohhh darn we all hate lighting up the tires through 3rd. One word of advice make sure you let your car warm up to about 170 degrees before you hit max PSI.
