And that is one of the key points, It's another option.

And our option gives you this.

Less of degrees in the bends, = better flow, less turbulence

Fewer couplers, no welded sections = better flow, less turbulence

More direct pipe routing, = less piping, better flow, less turbulence

All this will add up to a lower overall price then the others.

Just another option to chose from

Keep an eye on the vendors/GP section. Since we are the manufacturer, we sell our Cobalt products direct and our design is much more straight forward, our retail price is going to be close to our competitions GP price. Enough about price, this isn't the thread for that.

Thanks. We like it too. It's a very simple kit to bend; all mandrel bent 2 1/2" with no splice joints and no silicone couplers visible.

Thanks again. We were very pleased with the final results.

No problem. Not everyone is going to like it. As far as our competition: we took a very close look at both companies routing and improved on the over-all design.

Keep in mind our goal is performance first. As Tcason pointed out, we have very gradual bends, no welds at all and less silicone couplers and clamps. Also, compared to the stock tubing, as well as the competitions tubing (since they followed the stock route), we have 10 less inches of boost tubing between the turbo and the intercooler. Our design will perform better than any other currently available due to the lack of restriction compared to the others.

With the design done, the look is clean. It may "get in the way of the engine", if looks is all you are after, but look closer and you will see our routing actually allows better access to everything else under the hood and it installs and can be removed easier/quicker because of the routing and lack of extra coupler.

As far as quality, you guys already know we're the best when it comes to finish work and workmanship.

Possibly next week. And maybe a 3" down-pipe with 3" exhaust. However, keep in mind a tubing kit isn't going to increase power on a stock engine. What it will do is support much more power than the stock tubing, and throttle response will improve due to less restriction and shorter distance between the turbo and the intercooler; at least with our tubing.

Als, we will be offering our new tune as part of a performance package.

Thanks for your interest.

good stuf.. though it does look very weird lol it is definately the best routing for the system .. you'll get a better spool LOL and better mid range power with better responsiveness with this setup.. it's not nearly as clean as other setups but it's function>>>>> form

keep up the good work

Thats what I like to here. We share that preference.

Thanks guys. Air is similar to water when it flows. It wants to go from point A to point B as quickly as possible without interuption. Add bends and turns, sharp turns, etc and the flow slows down. We are all about minimal bends and gradual turns. What this design philosophy yields is superior performance with a very straight forward appearance. Someone once asked me "how do you get your headers to look that way?". My answer was simple: "the looks of our headers are determined by the most accurate and best performing routing of the tubing.". NEVER do we let looks dictate performance/flow.

GM probably routed their charge pipe the way they did to make room under the hood so they could sell you the optional underhood blanket.

Like Dan said we will be on the dyno next week if the weather permits me getting back up to kent. But let me say this i am only about performance and am serious about it so thats why i love this design. Once again guys don't forget about the tune that is going to be offered, you have seen what is being offered else where, would be nice to know what you like or dislike.

lol probably always looking to get your money somehow, though the blanket serves no purpose or they would have it on.

From the looks of things yes, Dan probably would know more, and it will be nice when we get the dyno numbers. But like i said it works great, amazing tune!!!! wish i was able to drive it today we have 2 inches of snow here in oregon which shuts down the state lol

Vince can definitely tune on location. In fact, that is what he specializes in and prefers. However, the GT Tuner is the next best thing to having him there. he has successfully "remote" tuned several customers cars from thousands of miles away. basically the customer orders the GT Tuner service, they up-load the program, data log a test drive or dyno run and email the results to Vince. Vince schedules time with the customer for this, reads the results, makes adjustments, just like if he were there personally, and sends them for the customer to up-load the latest tune. So, TriFecta Performance is the ONLY company in the world who can "remote dyno tune" for these vejicles. It's pretty trick, huh?
