Clutch Advice. Chime in please
Clutch Advice. Chime in please
Anyone with experience with an aftermarket clutch in an F35 (LNF/LSJ) please lend me some advice.
Im weighing my options as far as a clutch goes, the new trifecta tune and my clutch arent getting along from 3000rpm-3500rpm (3rd gear) on cold mornings 60 and below when the car has been driven under 20 miles. When the car is hot, and ambients are warm the clutch can handle it.
I called an aamco near my work and they quoted me 750 for an install (going off 8 hrs) He thought itd be more like 6 but didnt want to underestimate the job. I havent called stealerships but id trust the guys aamco that do transmissions (much more delicatee) than these clowns that try to overoil my car because they think its supercharged..
Let me know your experiences with installs and what clutch you went with, whether it blew up on ya, lead to transmission case failure, and most importantly
Would you recommend for someone who drives in stop and go. Thanks
