Oh, Good Lord.
We'll start with the basics:
1) Do you have the crimp-in(or solder-in) sensor pigtails, or the adapters?
2) Have you been running your A/C a lot?
3) Check the connection/wiring at the TMAP sensor in the coldside chargepipe. See if it's burn, scraped, shorting, damaged, or wet from the A/C condensation. If not,
4) Remove the TMAP sensor from the chargepipe and see if it is covered in oil. If it is, clean it off or replace the sensor.
5) Also check the TMAP sensor o-ring and make sure it isn't green. It should be blue or black. Basically, does it feel like the TMAP sensor is loose in the chargepipe hole? If it feels loose, the o-ring is too small and you need the correct o-ring from crate engine depot.
If you search P0236 on here, you'll find a bunch of information about the GMS1 kit issues with the crimp/solder-in connections for the sensor pigtails. If you had this installed by a certified GM Tech, take it back to him and tell him to fix his mistakes.
