Code P0113 and IAT reading -40

Code P0113 and IAT reading -40
So long story short, I have been having problems with p0101 which then lead me to a blown EXH fuse. After replacing the blown fuse I get a p0113 and my IAT read -40c.
I realize this is the cause of the blown fuse. I have confirmed it is not my MAF sensor at fault by testing a new sensor. Now to diagnose the wiring what do I do??
