2.0L LNF Performance Tech 260hp and 260 lb-ft of torque Turbocharged tuner version.

Is this correct routing for catch can?

nope, that yellow line stays connected to the intake via that black PCV valve. the catch can goes inline with the hose goin from the rear of the valve cover to the turbo

so one line goes from the turbo to the catch can and one line goes from the valve cover to the catch can from the hose marked in orange, right? Does it matter which one goes to which side of the catch can?

correct, tjust the line you have outline in orange is used. there might be in and out marked on the can. other wise I dont think it matters
