Apperently u can now download dashdaq for ur laptop. and soon coming to ipod and iphone. pretty sweet and much cheaper option. ipod one would be nice

It is, they sell you the software for almost nothing but you pay through the nose for the cable.

 

im sure u dont need their cable, buy a diff one. or wait for the ipod one if u have an ipod.

I'm going to download the trial and see if it does. I'm not getting my hopes up but it would be a cool bonus. By the the time you buy the GM cable ($495) and the enhanced GM pid's ($99) you might as well buy the dashdaq unit.

 

The AVT box (or Tactrix for that matter) will not work with this.... its not that easy. They sell proprietary software paired with proprietary hardware. No way around it.

 

Your right ...... just tried it and no signal . It would be cool if Vince wrote a software program to do something similar to this .

 

for that price would make WAY more sense to get HPT. all these features + ability to tune.
