3 bolts hold the bpv cover, take off the cover and the diaphragm and spring pop out. But honestly i wouldn't bother with the spring, do some research and you'll find out.

Stock BPV spring is fine. I hold 28+ lbs boost in the mid rpm range to 22 psi at redline and it vents when I release the throttle.

Very easy to do IMO. However, I took mine out about 1-2mos after putting it in. I hated the sound it made, and I got a LOT of flutter at low boost.

it sounds good, and i had compressure surge to at first sometimes, but after about 4 months of using it, and i guess it broke in, i have absalutly no surge anymore, unless i boost high on cold start which u shouldnt do and i dont no more. sounds almost identical to stock. but u really dont need it so dont spend the money.

got ya...im just trying to make it a little louder without putting a worthless blowoff valve on it....guess i need a intake....which brings me to my next question is the dejon intake worth it(im thinking so based on price alone havent done any research on it yet)or should i just go with a cold air

No kidding SSlobalt.

I like how people running quite a bit of boost (including me) have zero issues with stock spring. Divert your money into hookers and blow, no BPV springs I say.

Hell yes! Hookers and blow give a solid return on investment.

Eh...a lot of people are seeing really weird fuel trims from intakes...so unless you plan on tuning for it...then don't bother.

It's OK to have a BOV that doesn't make a stupid noise every time you release the throttle from any level of throttel position...What is people's fascination with that stupid noise? The whole world doesn't care that your car is turbocharged.

i got the hahn intake and love it. its pretty loud, blowoff is loud, but more importantly the turbo spool is loud which i like cause i love listening to it. lol
and it looks much better than that plastic pos they have in there stock.

well then get an intake. I like hahn, no problems with it when u fix their stupid pvc hose thing that doesnt have a place to click on the hose, i dont know if they fixed it yet, but i fixed mine and no problems anymore. Dont throw codes, and it sounds awesome.
id go with that, but there are some other good ones, ask around.

get a cold air intake. it will bring the sound out of the bpv. it sounds really good and its a hell of alot better then the stock intake. I went with hahn, but its really your choice of vendor.

OP, if you do go with a intake, I believe the member on here drewbroo is selling a hahn CAI for $140 shipped.
