Devils Own Meth kit vacuum line help

So a few years ago I got a devils own meth kit for my turbo balt. But I am just now getting around to installing it. My tuner says my car has a few degrees of knock. And obviously the meth kit will not only eliminate my knock but it will allow me to run even more timing.

So my question is , the kit has the sq2 pressure switch and I need to know where to install the t setting the either goes off of vacuum or boost. I assume it works off of boost to turn on. So I need to know which line to T it into on the boost lines. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes you'd want a boost signal to signal high load for the methanol to spray. I don't have an SS but I'm running the LSJ intake and M62 SC, for "after" or post supercharger pressure I'll use the nipple as seen in the image below see the bottom [of the picture] there is a nipple near the middle next to the center intake manifold bolt.

Okay , i figured it was probably a boost signal i would need. I just need to figure out where to get it from . I was alps wondering how to create the mix ? Is it just 50 percent winter washer fluid and 50 percent water ?

Use -20F Blue washer fluid which often uses methanol (see MSDS too). Devils own brew is scammy last I checked was 10% methanol by mass, Boost juice I've measured about 35% by mass, which is still under 50/50 by volume, I haven't tested Banks' product yet. I've sourced 99% methanol so I just mix my own now.

My tuned Cruze is pretty knocky and I use methanol injection, I went to autocross a couple weeks ago and went to 100% water to follow rules but I didn't mess with the tune. It was a really hot day and didn't notice any issues; so even something like blue washer fluid will be quite effective is what I am getting at.

Okay , so I could just straight up buy -20 washer fluid and run that alone and then else mixed with it. As long as the car Is tuned for that? Because running straight winter washer fluid and no mixing would be simply amazing. Simply for the fact of ease of use. And at least winter washer fluid still has 30 percent methanol in it. And 70 percent water. So I wouod stil get the cooking effects of the water and the extra pump of octance from the methanol to run a bit more timimg and get ride of the 2 deg of knock i have as is. Straight winter wssher fkuid would be awesome to be able to run that and nothing else.

Yes just run straight up blue winter washer fluid. It's cheaper than mixing your own to 30% methanol content [by mass]. If you want more methanol content like 50% or more then you'd want to buy methanol bulk and mix your own or even just spice up the blue washer fluid. More methanol content means the solution becomes flammable (invisble flame) and will start impacting your fueling which creates risk if you start leaning out your ECU fueling. If the methanol system fails with a water heavy mix, you'll run into issues with timing being too advanced leading to some knock; however with a methanol heavy mix, you'll run into the issues with timing advance combined with being too lean which is a better recipe for melting stuff.

if ur car has a few degrees of knock ur tuner should fix it, throwing on a meth kit will fix it, yes but that's not the way to fix knock if u have some. first find out why its giving u the knock, fix it in the tune, then add meth. iv seen knock with meth as well for reasons other then fueling issues. throwing meth at it gives you ability to run more timing yes, but if u don't do it right u can blow ur engine pretty quick if something were to go wrong with ur meth injection. do it right or don't do it at all.
