sorry guys, the front bumper needs to be removed so we can check the fitment more. I should be dropping it off one day next week to get it fitted.

I experienced some KR today so I may be keeping it if it works.

It's funny this thread came up recently since I apparently just sprung a leak in my stock IC. This may be a good time to upgrade to something better now...

His shop is within driving distance of me (Springfield, MO) and he's supposed to be working on charge pipes too. If I were to invest in a better IC, this is probably the one I'd probably get, especially if he makes cheap charge piping to match.
what shop is this? I live in St. Charles county.

Lunch UPDATE

Steve called, said the intercooler is almost done. They are starting the strut bar as we speak. I am keeping everything. I'm just paying for parts.

Tidbit: apprently they found tools left behind from manufacturing or something. I found another part under the hood the first time I took it to them.

Not sure. It's an actual failure though because I'm going to have to replace it. They quoted me something like $1070 for parts+labor and I was like F-that. I can get a Hahn IC or something that's all-metal for cheaper and will possibly have better flow characteristics anyway too. Since I'm in Houston and planning on future upgrades, this might be warranted as it is.

I don't have any further details at this point on what specifically it is. I'll have to follow up here with that info.

Should be under warranty unless you hit it against a speed bump or curb. $1070 what are they high.
