Yup, had to ask him to weld it on there. Looks like after getting the request every single time, he just made it part of the turbo LOL

Cant wait to have mine serviced by him so it has all the shiny newness of what you guys have

I think the exhaust housing and compressor housing are stock bored out but the CHRA is new as well as the wheels.

That's smart. The K04+'s downfall was the intake wheel being basically too big for the exhaust wheel to run it, so you had to be careful in the tune with how quickly you raised boost. It's good to hear that they gave some attention to the exhaust side too on this one.

yes, I would choose that over BNR2871 anyday. It comes to consumer at that point.

You two need a ride in my car. The S20g is ghetto IMO. Doesn't it come with adapters and don't you have to cut stuff to get one of the bolts on? Theres a reason there are more BNR cars.

Also, I hope Matt Omiotek sees this thread bc he can clarify on the details of their (PWerks) new turbo.

i figured it was just like everything else, that when a guy gets something for his car, then everyone else jumps on the bandwagon, but according to you, the 20g is ghetto...lol

the s20g is not ghetto at all, its old turbo technology, Hahn claims 450 whp with E85. I think the consensus was 420ish with E85.

bnr> s20g for ease of install, over all power band and spool the only thing the s20 might have over it is slightly higher peak numbers.. but slightly being the key word

I'll probably end up with this turbo and sell my K04+, especially if it's a true direct bolt on! Literally take off and put on, without dealing with bending or adding cooling lines etc.

There's a 90% chance, I'll make effort to get it.

***Edit***

I wonder if they can just retrofit my K04+, in which case I won't need to sell! Wonder if it'll end up cheaper too. I should ask.

Yeah dude, 2 bad ones before I got a good one and the good one had issues. Like a loose wastegate and shaft play.

After a few weeks I finally got it fix and working like it should. Precision was pretty nice about it. Just had to be patient I guess. I only make 347whp on 91 octane though so it does a decent job.

That sounds like a pretty good number to me, on 91. Too bad you don't have E close to you. You could probably get 400hp.
