Wow a 55 mm compressor wheel in a machined stock K04 housing or does the WR3 have a different compressor housing?

the wr3 is a different compressor housing. it will fit but we saw the air flow being chocked up top with the standard wr2 SO the WR3 only comes with the larger compressor housing. both use the same exhaust housing.

I had a feeling that was the case because the stock K04 compressor housing is pretty small and with those relatively large compressor wheels in there there is not much space though which the compressed air can flow.

I know you may have posted it but what did the WR3 make Kdub? Boost seen and fuel used?

It's a big turbo, fitment was a big issue honestly.

I made 412/425 on 93 with 14* up top and 24.5#'s

Aaron likes aggressive lol. 25 psi midrange tapering up to 27-28 psi. 0.86-0.87 PE lambda and probably only 13-14* max timing.

Careful with meth. I would do a 5th injector and e-47 or e-85 unless you have no E-85 near you.

I did meth on my LSJ and loved it. In all honesty I don't trust the 5th injector. I know that sounds dumb, but how it works just kind freaks me out. Whatever meth kit I go with will have the failsafe with all the bells and whistles. I am between doing e47 and meth, just talking with Dave at Pwerks (my tuner) and seeing what he thinks. I'm afraid we will run out of fuel with the bigger turbo which is stopping me from going E

the meth will be fine....we have done it on multiple lnfs and other cars. we dont go overboard with it.

we do our 5th injector a lot differently then zzps.

The 5th injector used with my setup(and the one that Term is tuning) is far from the Hack job ZZP makes. Completely different. I'm sure you are aware from the Kappa forums.

I'm on the TTR intake mani, would that make a difference? For now, I'm broke. Like no money coming in for a while as I have some debts to pay lol. Once my turbo is back in, I will be on it.
