Disconnent battery

Question Disconnent battery

Should I disconnect my battery before my down pipe and cat back is installed.....my stage 1 has about 100 miles running time ?

im not sure if it is required for that but i always dc my battery before doing any type of engine/electical work.

nope ..unless you are going to be doing any welding.. if you are doing the work in your driveway make sure no one trys to start it while you are working on it..

i really dont see it necessary at all. ur not unplugging anything or cutting any wires so i see no need to disconnect the battery. i didnt disconnect my battery when i put in my dp, but if it makes u feel safer to do so, by all means, go for it.

**** i dont disconnect my battery for anything, if im adding power to something im installing i wire a fuse in there anyway which i dont connect until all is done.
