i dont see why, unless ur running more boost on small turbo, its always better to have cooler air charge

but any of the ones u can get from the venders would be just fine

E85 will naturally cause the engine to pump more air from power increases, however due to the limits of the stock turbo you still won't "need" a bigger ic. An upgraded ic never hurt anything though.... to a limit of course

That's completely up to you and what you think is the best way to spend your money man. Personally, just simply getting rid of the stock plastic end tanks alone is worth the investment in an ic. If you think you'd get more use out of a scan gauge then by all means go that route.

on the stock turbo a bigger intercooler isnt neccisary.... even with upgrades. the stock one flows great.

the downfall is the plastic end tanks. so a GOOD aftermarket one will take care of that and flow great. im just going to wait till my end tanks come apart.

you dont need a bigger IC. but, like others said, if you ever plan on going for even more power, itd be worth it to upgrade now just to rid yourself of those silly plastic endtanks.

This. Besides that fact, the stock ic isn't all that bad for the k04.
Power #'s are bs and only worthwhile if you go to the same place to track progress, but prob 20-30hp over gas #'s and 30-40tq depending, too many variables lol.

I haven't been back on the dyno since tuning for e85 (e47 in my case), but I can at least say that I gained about 3-4lbs/min in flow in comparison to my 93octane tune. Which very roughly basically works out to be about what 05slowline said, somewhere around the 20-30hp mark (the math works out to be a bit higher, but realistically 20-30hp is a fair number).
