Question do i need gm stage 1

I have an 08 lnf that I have running with 23 psi with the tune I have and I keep getting check engine lights for my map and temp sencers. I have the stock once in now and I remember hearing they only run up to 18 psi so do I need to get the gm stage one and get a retune or is there a way to just get better scencers

The stock 2bar sensor will work fine. I am running 23-24psi and it works just fine. The only reason to go with a 3bar is to run more than 25psi because the stock 2bar cannot accurately read more than 25psi.

I would not say that for sure. I was just wondering.

I don't know what sort of agreement you signed when they tuned your car. But I am sure they would be willing to help you work out any issues.

I have HPT tune and ususally boost 21. I have stock sensors...no problems. Trifecta tunes hit 23 with no problems with MAP sensors. The stock sensors are good for about 24 lbs. You don't need GM sensors and you'll have to rewire them as well. Don't do it.
Having said that, I think HOLDING at 23 lbs (not spike) is too much. I would probably go to Trifecta or HTP from here...unless the guy who did it knows what he did wrong.
