Dual Exhaust for SS/TC
duel tips are not duel exhaust lol the only way the cobalt can have real duel exhaust is a seperate pipe and header for each 2 cylinders. duel exhaust is 2 seperate exhaust pipes from the header to the tip with a possible X or H pipe for scavenging
I know the srt-4 neon has a bigger engine 2.4 I think but the duel exhaust on them sound bad and i think part of that is that they are almost straight pipes from the factory. It make me think of what our cars would sound like with straight pipe into duels. Also the solo performance exhaust on the solstice gxp sound mean so if they would make a setup for our cars id be down to buy it.
If GM had allowed Pontiac to actually personalize their cars for he last while, I have no doubt the G5-GT would have had a setup similar to that of the Solstice GXP;

there's nothing ricer about that car, and HOLD THE PRESS!! - that car has the exact same engine as me ~ but I'd be labled as ricer by others here for having that style exhaust on my car??
The honda CFR250 came with a dual outlet exhaust. Everyone put a single can on it. It made more torque that way. The best way I could see to do it would be to put a muffler like halfway down the car and put a Y in the pipe toward the bumper. You would have to offset the "Y" fitting in order to even out the flow to the passenger side of the outlets. The SRT-4 neon had dual exits stock right? It looks okay but I would just prefer an exit under the car to keep the bumper clean. Too bad it didn't come stock like that. Everyone has different taste in cars. No need to call one stupid just because you don't particularly like it. Any reputable custom muffler shop will probably do it for you. Just let them know what you want. Go to a smaller mom and pop shop, the ones near my house do great work.
