I am just wondering if anyone has ordered a ecu from ecuoutlet.com, and just wondering how long it took to come and stuff. I am getting a second ecu so i can get it tuned and save my stock one. If i get this ecu programmed and then tuned will it work or is there others steps before all that. Thank you

 

hopefully the ECU comes stock with a gm flash. if not then idk if a regualr tune will do the trick or not. im not a tuner but i know when i ordered my ecu from a member on here it came iwth a gm tune. i would call up the place and ask

 

what they said that they can do is put the programming on it that i need so it will work. i am getting it dyno tuned with hp tuners. thanks

 

Another thread regarding them was deleted.Just beware their no returns no refunds policy.If the improper os is on it,it would have to be sent back on your dime and reflashed.

yah you could probly get it done cheeper by a local tuner that uses hpt and have them take the flash off ur stocker and throw it on ur secondary and then tune off that

 

I know someone who ordered one from ecuoutlet. Got there in a week or so, and it was completely flashed like the stocker. You just have to unhook battery cable before install, others you dont. Runs fine.
