lol yea wen i was looking i seen all those... i guess i got lucky that no one was really bidding o the efr wen i got it, the guy i bought it from had it in a miata that made 350ish whp lol not bad
its really not that big of a turbo compared to others i have had before.. im sure itll clear no problem. and yes ur right it is significantly bigger than the t25 that came with the efr
I don't know what the difference is, except the exhaust housing ZZP makes that allows him to bolt it to our car without other modifications, but it says he bought it used. The new EFT turbos are the ones you can't get. The reason there aren't any new units around is because the indy car industry has sucked them all up.
The one that ZZP is going to sell is going to be a complete turbo already bolted to the exhaust housing ready to install.
If you can find a used EFR you can just buy the exhaust housing from ZZP and your good to go. Or if not you can wait till ZZP releases theirs.
Or you could go on ZZP website right now and buy the ONE they have in stock for the price of $2999.99. This is not the cost of the release batch which should be ready to go around or after late JULY but is the cost of the only beta one they have instock / left at the moment.

Well i should be done later today with the install if all goes well.... had a couple bumps along the road but i turned it on yesterday and it fired up... just need to connect the down pipe, intake tranny mount and turbo bracket. So if all goes good ill put up a video tonight, and hopefully ill have it tuned by mid this week and dynoed for this weekend

lol sounds good to me.. i wish i could have made it up the sonic but my car was down getting a couple things done... but yea bro i should be ready today.... i cant wait to tune this thing and see what it can do
Yeah you missed a good meet that day but it's all good. We'll have another one soon enough. Plus now you've got some nice "bling" to show off!
I'm serious though. Let me know. I'd love to see how bad you completely blow my car out of the water with this thing now!

The difference is he bought a used regular EFR then bought the exhaust housing from ZZP to bolt up to it to make it bolt onto the factory exhaust manifold and down pipe.
