Engine sputtering before hitting red line

I've just recently got this car back running and on the road.

so it was doing fine for a while but now when I'm giving full throttle it stops pulling hard and sputters at just before 5k rpm. Its still holding full boost when it does this, just sputters.

It will also hesitate with a slight sputter if i do a low rpm 3rd gear pull.

If i take it out and let it warm up it seems like my first pull 2nd thru 3rd is smooth but after that it starts.

Fuel filter? Spark plugs? Coils?

Mods:

Hahn intercooler and pipes
zzp tune pushing 23-25 psi

sounds almost like spark blowout. I'd check your plugs and get some new ones gapped to .032

Thanks, my gut was saying spark plugs because its a brand new ignition system so shouldnt be that... are there any spark plugs you recommend? and if .32 still gives problem should i try slightly smaller gap next?
