I look at it as the "airbox mod" of doing cam work. How many people do you think on this forum have a huge hole cut in their airbox for more airflow? That's just one way I look at it.

Thanks for all of the input.
Yep! Exactly! Keep us updated and how it runs. Can't wait to hear this!

Only 20 MPG around town? My 2013 Wrangler with huge 40" tires get 17-18 MPG city.

They've been in my car and working well since I got it back together in March. I didn't see any mind blowing gains, but yes they do work if you get the right ones.

Do you have any way of telling if it actually increased fuel volume?

Fuel pump lobe is the same size as stock no fueling gains. Likely around 10 hp or so from those cams.

I wonder if ZZP is willing to upgrade fuel lobe on this 2010 Equinox intake camshaft ? There's gotta be some gain to it. If anybody had tried it ? If not then I'm gonna be the 1st to do it!

In the original thread questioning the gains of the Equinox cam in an LNF, ZZP offered to test it out and see if a fuel lobe could be ground in. All someone had to do was send one to them and they would do the rest and carry out all the testing. Unfortunately, that's where this died last time .

Yeah, Need proof...I could tell the difference between LNF camshaft and Equinox 2.4 camshaft with upgrade fuel lobe. When U press the gas on LNF camshaft and it seem very light pressing the pedal. On Equinox 2.4 camshaft with upgrade fuel lobe and you press the pedal feel alittle harder n quicker rev. It's like it woke up the car alittle more...

No, I haven't...I can't say anything about the dyno. But only thing I could say is it does feel alittle bit different.
