SO! how come the turbo cobalt owners dont all do side exit exhausts? they are ******* NARLY sounding? the only reason i would consider not doing it is the hole it would leave in the rear of the car. i think it would look retarded but id get over it with that sound.

i had a side exit on my SS/SC... pretty funny

 

it would get annoying probably on a long road trip and cabin noise is probably rediculous. i didnt really think about that. but it does sound amazing.

haha i had it on my cobalt ss/tc for a while sounds cool at first but then it is just annoyingly loud. and the hole in the bumper sucks, i have a 3" catless dp with muffler delete now and i like it

 

A muffler delete got old for me... **** sounds awesome but I couldn't do it daily lol

 

I have a 3 inch exhaust with only res and muffler so it's nice calm. But I also have an electronic cut out after the down pipe which sounds beast. So I have both sounds on demand at my finger tip I'll try to take some video sometime.

 

does anybody do this with a muffler welded on? one of these with my SLP mufflers would be nastyyy

 

I have a hood exit on the ol' civic. and my friend has a fender exit on his. ***** loud. his isnt to bad but it will get a bit annoying after a while.

My opinion...sounds like ****. Just seems ricey to me. Want a good sound, catless downpipe with mpx exhaust and add exhaust cut-out after downpipe for more sound like said earlier

 

Naw i didnt take any pics. Next time I change my oil I'll try and remember to take some.

 

It's annoyingly loud in person. Second loudest thing you can do next to open downpipe. It'll get real old real fast, especially on the highway.

 

It's real fun to have to scare people with too

 

I think it sounds shitty and it even looks bad, the turbo sound is cool but **** thats loud. Just wait until all that heat and carbon turns the side of that nice white car yellow and black.

turbo sound is awesome but ya i bet if he did a little pull and up'd the RPM's it'd be deafening. can you hear that turbo sound with regular exhaust on catless with muffler delete? an NSRT4 in town has that same sound and it's rear exit exhaust.

 

man i wish i had a white one, sooo sexy. i wouldnt do it cause for one it looks dumb, 2 that sounds like crap, and 3 it looks dumb. only thing i like is the turbo spool sound
