exhaust question

so...i currently have a catted downpipe and the stock catback with the resonator deleted and a magnaflow 14" muffler instead of the stocker. sounds pretty good but wouldnt mind a little more growl. i have a catless downpipe as well but havent installed it. will it be too loud or raspy at all with my exhaust setup having no resonator? i just wanna make sure my exhaust note stays nice and throaty sounding. if need be i guess i could throw my resonator back on. any input? or anybody that has ran catless dp with resonator deleted while keeping muffler? thanks!

I have a ZZP cat-less dp mated to ZZP 3inch exhaust with the Magnaflow muffler that ZZP uses with no resonator. It doesn't sound raspy at all. Just a nice mellow tone while cruising at low rpm's but has a pretty loud growl in the higher rpm's and at WOT.

I wouldn't ever take a res off a 4 banger, turbo or not. I wouldn't even take a res off a 6 cylinder... I guess everyone likes something different

my car right now has a catted dp and no resonator with magnaflow muffler and it is in no way raspy at all. its very deep sounding and throaty. im just wanting to switch catless cuz my buddy has same car as me (09 ss tc) and he has a catless dp and i like the kind of "raw" sort of sound it gives
