Im looking to get a new exhaust for my car. Im shooting for 500hp and im wondering whats my best option. To run both a resonator and muffler or one or the other. And which exhaust do you recommend. Im thinking of first buying the exhaust with a muffler then if i want later on just cutting off the muffler and puting a vband there so i can go back and forth between muffler and straight pipe. Thanks for your help

 

If you're looking to easily swap between muffler and a delete, go MPx. They sell an axle back separately without a muffler for swapping. Plus, the price is great and it looks good. I'll be buying one come spring time.

I'm not sure about supporting 500 hp, but I'd imagine most of the 3" exhausts available are up to the task.

Look into the turbo xs, they offer three different exhaust, varying sound levels, and a nice d/p.
