Now back to topic. I am not very happy with the 14.0 AFR at WOT on my Stage tune. Seems like a bad idea.
Yes, F my life...now, start concentrating on your own.

Don't get so defensive. You made a post that no one read. Sorry.

I tried to read it, go lost some where in the nasa section, headache ensued in the 5_3*a+7= part... my car ticks every once in a while.... it's the direct injection! everyone asks me whats wrong with it!! LOL I am however going back to stock boot level till i can figure out this timing thing... I have been running 12.7 EGT on a probe are right around 1900-2000 during a pull...

Yeah, I read most of it, but can't remember all of it. But, the guy makes a very good point, which means I might take out the KN filter and place the Stock Filter back in to avoid MAF skews. The only mod I'm not taking out is the TWM short shifter. I got the GMS1 and never had any issues.

My STFT and LTFT are very good with GM Stage 1 and K&N filter.

Like 1 or 2% off

Yep I read that somewhere else also ( I don't recall if it was here or HHR.net since I've read so much info), that a GM stage 1 plus K&N replacement filter puts the MAF skew close to 0.

so I see the KN doesn't really create a problem. I feel like leaving the stock filter back on will make it run better, but I could be wrong.
