I was just wondering what the flow rate of the stock LPFP....if anyone has this info?

does it flow more than intank 255lph walbro?

I wouldn't be asking CSS.net, because it's not the same pump.

Cobalt SS/TC pump: 19257689
Sky Redline/Solstice GXP pump: 19168428

I believe that the Cobalt pump outflows the sky pump by a decent amount based on when certain fueling issues come into play. The Cobalt LNF pump outflows typical Walbro pumps. The Aeromotive Stealth is a solid 20% more flow than the Cobalt pump.

Considering that you would want to run C16 or better to hit 700 on gas, the stock pump could probably achieve the 13:1 afr it would require. 550 on E85 was starting to drop the pressure a little at the hpfp inlet, but it got the job done. Of course every car will vary. My pump didn't have near as many miles on it as a lot of them out there.

were you guys able to test and verify that the sky pumps flow less compared to cobalt pumps?

Also, I was just talking to cmiller about his aeromotive 340 pump today. He said its plug and play on his cobalt.

will this aeromotive 340 pump also will plug and play onto a sky fuel system?

thanks!

We have not, but based on the results that some of Kappa guys have seen, it appears that their pumps flow less than Cobalt pumps.

For the most part on the plug/play, except the 2 wires had to be switched in the plug. You also need to drill holes in the bottom of the canister for quicker filling. I don't know where the pump is mounted in the tank in your Sky, but in Cobalts, they are towards the front of the tank, which doesn't work very well for racing.

balt guys will hate me for this.....but all I can say is....ZZP should start working on sky/solstice platform!!!! hahahaha!

Even though they have LNF engines....there are still alot of differences.

I thought you guys already have a sky at your shop?
