Flutter?

Hey all, I've developed a flutter if I let off the throttle very lightly, if I give it more gas before I let off it will vent normally still. Does not do this in boost or WOT as far as I can tell. I've taken the forge BPV off and cleaned/lubed it and that hasn't solved the issue. Yes I installed the piston facing downward and yes the nipple and vac lines are facing upwards. I noticed I have the yellow spring installed in it and I've read people saying green is the way to go - but where I've run this setup fine for the last 2 years I don't know why I would need to change the spring rate. It's always done a slight flutter every now and then but never this bad.
Any ideas? (Sorry if link isn't embedded I'm doing this from phone)

Bpv or boost solenoid on the turbo or intake mani. We just bypassed the vac tank and I thought it fixed it but it didn't.

Bypassing the tank will cause slight flutter,. Cause vac isnt as fast. Its fine. Live with it like the rest of us. Put in green spring as well. It will help
