2009 ss/tc P2177 HELLPPPPP

So recently had an issue with my intercooler got it repaired by the dealership got my car back and now the idle is surging almost sounds cammed and only pushing about 10 psi and from a stop, light smoke is coming out of the exhaust NO CHECK engine light has come on but I plugged my obd reader and it gave P2177 ANY SUGGESTIONS??

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me.

Check all fitting and hoses around the intercooler. Check the vacuum line that runs to the Cold side charge piping.

If the work was recent. Take it back.

yes it was finished Saturday drove it over the weekend with this issue
