Does anyone know if i do a Fmic and sprayer if i would gain anything?

What mods and how much HP are you running? If you are running over 325 HP at the wheels, then yeah, definitely upgrade the intercooler. Whether you need the sprayer is a matter of debate, they are a hassle.

 

well i don't really know anything bout them i just see tons of srt-4 with thtem

 

An IC sprayer, especially meth, will certainly cool the air going in, cooler air is denser and potentially produces more power. In my opinion, it's a hardcore mod that should really only be considered once you have a lot of other mods. But, to each their own.
