just recently got tuned by trifecta mods and k&n typhoon and zzp catless dp should i get the bpv? its not expensive and i hear the stock one is pretty cheap i dont care about the noise id rather people not know im boosted lol

anyway if i get one does it need to be tuned? or can i just put it on and good to go?

 

You don't need a tune for it

Just make sure to put the correct spring in.

Awaiting for mine in the mail.. Almost same mods, just waiting on tune! Doesn't it come with the green spring installed, and the yellow spring is for higher boosting?! (or vice versa)

 

Its not needed at all. Just one of those things u get if you want it or not. I ran 25psi on my efr setup, drove it daily, had probablly 45+dyno passes on it and quite a bit of track time and spirited driving and never had an issue.
