fuel rail i Can’t remove

Hi i have cobalt TC i remove manifold for fuel injectors seals replacement but I can’t fuel rail remove I remove all bolts and pipe but not fuel rail remove is stuck any recommended ? is want Special tool ?

The injectors are stuck not the rail, it's a pain in the butt, just wiggle it and pull. Injectors may come out the rail but that's fine.
