Gas Pedal Vibration?
Hello everyone,
I have a 2009 CObalt SS and it is by far the best car I have owned. The handeling is unbelievable, the power is great, and the look is awesome.
More of a nit pick than anything else, but has anyone else notice that the gas pedal can vibrate a tad? Seems to be off and on, but most noticable on the highway.
I'm assuming the car is a drive by wire system, so it can't really be attributed to motor movement, so I am wondering if it is just a characteristic of the suspension and big rims.
Has anyone else expierenced this?
Thanks!

Again, this is a minor nitpick. If I had to choose something that I felt was "off" in the car, this would be it.
I think it is road related as some highways are worse than other which makes me think that perhaps the suspension setups just picks up road vibration.
i work at a chevy dealer ship we had an 09 cobalt tc come in for the hood vibrating. we sent it to a body shop dont know what they did but they made it tighter. theres no bullitens for the hood on the 09, i have an 08 cobalt tc and i dont have that problem.
I haven't looked yet but on my old car the little bump stops for the hood could be rotated counterclockwise or clockwise to bring them up or down. That way it puts a little pressure on the hood and stops it vibrating.
