With the amount of timing you can run on E85, while running boost limitations to around 15psi, cam timing adjustments, torque managment reductions and messaging a few other tables should net you an easy solid 20-30hp over stock all while retaining stock boost levels. A custom tune is your only real solution her. E85 is definitely the key to making the real power gains though.
