Your power was pretty much where it should be when we dyno'd, so it most likely happened after we finished dynoing. You would be down about 40-50whp if the exhaust rocker was not attached.

So when you race that 5.0L you beat him with less boost and down 40whp? Just imagine if you were making 500whp, he wouldn't see what just blew pass him? Rematch lol..

Lol, hes already mad enough. We followed each other all the way to Lexington, KY. He said he'd get the **** scared out of him when I'd come up behind his mustang and my BOV would go off.

I heard a knocking coming from the timing chain area, pulled the valve cover to find it off. I thought my tensioner was about to go but my chain is just as tight as ever. Maybe my tensioner for my water pump chain went?

Haha, I guess you haven't been following ALL my problems!

Rocker and Lifter on stock engine.

Blown headgasket on stock engine.

CABs and control arm ball joints went bad with only 35,000 miles on the car

MAF Sensor.(twice)

Trans Mounts.

Clutch.

MPx Intercooler Issues. (Upgraded to ZZP)

Hahn Piping Issues. (Upgraded to ZZP)

Transmission Input Shaft Bearing/Seal going omw to CSS.net regional meet(I wasn't making much more power than stock, but found metal shavings in the fluid during a previous fluid change I'm guessing from the original owner as I hardly ever would miss a gear and the car always had issues going into 1st.) As well as my ignition locked with the key in it and my negative battery cable just randomly breaking that same day.

All rockers and lifters destroyed in brand new head from zzp due to my timing chain tensioner flying apart as well as all intake valves being bent.

Headliner sagging after sitting in the heat for a bit due to a crappy job by the original owner which I completely redid.

About 20 other random ass issues as well that I just can't think of atm.

Well, I think my lifter was on its way out when it was dynoed. The car sounds completely differentwith the new lifter than it did before. Can't wait to drive it....

I'm wondering if something is wrong with my manifold or the threads in it. I just blew my 4th turbo gasket. I even used bolt tabs to keep the bolts from backing out this time and new grade 8 bolts to no avail...may talk to zzp about this one.

Just ordered 2400 degree loctite, arp fasteners, and another garrett t3 gasket. Going to tack weld the bolts as well. On another note though I'm sending all of my pillars off to aqua grafix. My fabric is fading in the sun and I lost the fabric covering on my drivers side due to the new zzp pillar pod. May get parts of my dash done as well if I like the turn out on the pillars.

Tack welding the bolts eh? Yikes... What about slightly longer bolts and lock washers or double nuts? Your flange could be slightly warped...

Tried lock washers the 1st time it went and still lost a bolt or two. Double nuts wouldn't help. The manifold uses bolts. Doubt the manifold is warped unless it was warped originally as its cast. If it goes after this run I'll get both flanges machined though. Tacking the bolts is the only thing I havent tried. I can use the dremel to grind the weld off if I need the remove the bolts.

Where are you getting your gaskets from? What if they are just not good enough for the job? Running our thick stainless gaskets and getting the bolts tight enough, you should never have a problem.

1st was yours. 2nd was Cometic. 3rd was an unknown brand, I just got it from someone and used it and 4th was supposed to be garrett brand, idk as I got it from the site I got my tabs from which were high quality 16 gauge steel, I mean it took a pry bar to bend these things. I can order your gasket again but if it blows this time idfk, lol. I'm using a wrench and even shaved down one of my cheaper stanley socket so I can use a swivel in there to get them somewhat tight before the final run on the wrench.

I have never had an issue with my turbo flange gasket, only with my exhaust manifold gasket. Second time I am going to be replacing it now with an sce copper gasket and arp exhaust studs

Yeah, apparently I'm the only person with this issue with their manifold. Idk why its giving me issues. I'm sure other cars have seen way more harsh conditions than what my car sees so I don't believe its due to abuse. I never go wot multiple times without a break in between unless I'm just pedalling through gears except for last night but it seemed like it was already on its way as my spool time had increased which at first I thought maybe my new lifter caused my tune to be off. Its def blown again though. I can move the turbo itself by pulling on the upper cp silicone coupler.

Just ordered some really cheap DR-33 17x7.5s that should clear the brembos with the 42mm offset. If not I can get some spacers. Going to run a 26x7 motorcycle slick which gives me a lil more sidewall than 18s plus I got these wheels cheaper than I could have gotten any on ss.net or I could run something wider if it won't rub...

Also just got my new turbo gasket from ZZP. Not what I was expecting. This gasket is completely different from the gasket I recieved from them in my turbo kit. If it blows out then something is seriously wrong. Its machined out of what looks like 1/16" stainless. I'm banking on it working a bit longer, lol!
