GT3076R Kit Complete

She's finished!

Kit comes with GT3076R w/ TiAL SS turbine housing, Bosch Recirc and TiAL V44 EWG.

Runs great and mounts to all stock parts (Intake, Exhaust Manifold, Charge piping). I have to say, no STOCK clutch slip at all. She's got full boost (16-20 psi) by 3400 rpms and pushing 40 lb/min on the STOCK airbox.

Will have dyno results as soon as I get the new clutch installed.

Will have VIDS as soon as the weather gets better here!

Enjoy!

We'll also sell just the modified turbo, gate, and DP adapter.

The kit came out well (ha the 3rd time, I'm so freaking ****), I worked VERY hard to keep the cost to a minimum while still using the best quality parts out on the market.

REAL garrett BB turbos (not cheap), REAL Tial gate's and stainless steel turbine housings. If it seems to cheap to be true- IT IS!
Garrett will throw you from the train if you sell cheaper then your told you can!

The kit will consist of:
1)Gt3076R
1)Tial SS housing modified for KO4 flange/VB44
1)oil feed line with restrictor for BB.
1)VB44 wastegate
1)mild steel dump pipe
1)Tial to Ko4 downpipe adapter (304L stainless) using proper Tial flange and V-band (again $$) It bears load so it must fit correctly.
1)4-3" elbow, silicone
1)3"neoprene flex section for intake
1)2.5" turbo to compressor piping stub (with recirc or BOV flange)
1)Bosch bypass valve
1)nessicary hoses and clamps.
1)6mm drill bit to enlarge oil drain bolt holes.

options will include:
Tial 50mm bov
Tial 50mm Q bov
Tial 50mm AlphaQ recirc
Dump pipe with muffler/flame arrestor(a small CAT)

http://btfstore.co.cc/index.php?cPath=28

Original heat shield fits.
It re-uses the cast downpipe elbow, modifies and re-uses the intake for a nice sleeper look. It also means that no MAF transfer changes are nessicary, it will run fine even without tuning. Allowing you to safely drive it to your favorite local tuner to have it tweaked in for your car.
It re-uses the coolant lines, oil drain, and hardware. They just need a little hand tweaking.

The rear motor mount heat shield needs some bending to fit the rotated position of the down pipe.

Before some of you ask, yes. A gt3582R will fit in the exact same way. They are outline inter-changeable. However- the gt3582R exibits severe compressor surge if you boost over 22psi at 4400-5k. It wont make max boost until 4400rpm in 3rd, and pull until 8K.

THe Gt3582R will REQUIRE a secondary fuel system to get max power from it. This is due to the high rpm/high flow nature of the turbo. There simply isnt enough injection window on the intake stroke at that RPM to maintain AFR. So most of the fuel is injected on the compression stroke sending mixture prep/flame propagation to hell.
For more info on this phenomenon, check HPT forum. There's a thread that touches on it.

I like how joes car does roll on burnouts in 2nd and 3rd with 600 lbs of dudes in it.

Feels like more HP

It utilizes the stock piece that comes off the K04 so you can bolt up to ANY DP you want. I have the Synapse DP.

are you doing 1/4 mile times? Cuz thats what i wanna see. I don't care about horsepower. In a front wheel drive car HP numbers are just numbers. I wanna see how well this thing hooks up.

Not happening with snow here . That you will have to wait till Spring/Summer my friend!

The tune is set to where it still hooks up in 1st and 2nd. Spins in 3rd, but then grabs!

I can only hope so! And to be honest, I have NEVER been on a strip , but I'm sure I would pick up on it pretty quick. I would say low 12's, high 11's if I can drive good

Hey, it's made to bolt up to factory parts for a reason bud!! So you can take it off if something like that were to happen and it needed warranty work done!

GL on 11's. Ur probly going to need at least 400 HP for that.

It's pushing well close to that, if not more, as we speak.

More fine tuning will be done by 06black soon as well.

oh i think 11's will definitely be doable. Hahn did 12's with just a cat-back, tune, and CAI. I bet low 11's will be doable once you learn how to drive her. I can't wait

as I said, he will need luck. the LSJ guys running 400 HP are having trouble breaking low 12's. Im sure its doable, but it wont be easy.

He will need a box for launching.
