I already have 3" turboback, no muffler, bigger IC and charge piping. All she needs now is an intake!!

I plan on using Nitto Invos for the summer, its a DD so I don't think I'll be using drag radials.

For those talking about low 11's and tens, dream on. Stripped and caged FWD's with quite a bit more horsepower barely run low 11's. Mid 11's? Maybe. 10's aren't gonna happen without ALOT more power, HUGE slicks, and a lighter car. If it does better than 11.7 on streetable DR's, I'll be impressed. Not dissing the car. It's very impressive. Just giving a little reality check on FWD traction with big power from a dig.

08Black it looks great so far. Are there any pre-install manifold pics?

BTF (Baldturbofreak) that actually did the R&D on the vehicle has all the pics. I'm not sure if he is going to post them up or not though.

Oh I've found out alright! I nearly **** my pants yesterday

The stock clutch is holding up pretty well I'd have to say.

Thanks man!

Price will be low. I talked to BTF about that and he said he is trying to keep it as low as possible.

I love the fact that this setup hits fool boost at 3400rpms and at 20psi. That's ******* awesome. God, now its this GM stage kit that I'm waiting for to get something like this or this kit, if the price is right. damn learn down feature.lol

This kit is looking to be PURE SEX.

I really hope the price is under 2k. How much is that turbo without any modifications?

What are the exact specs on the turbo in the kit? I am not sure if it is the same turbo(minus the fabrication) but I found the GT3076R for under $500.

I don't want to reveal anything about the price yet because it's still not set in stone. A lot of time and work was put in to make this kit as simple as possible for the end user and as compatible as possible with all other parts.

It looks as thought with the stage kit, we are still unable to achieve above 23 psi and I was also contemplating about purchasing it but I don't know if it will increase anything with this kit (performance wise) because when you tune with HP Tuners you are technically disabling the learn down feature as well. So I dunno yet.

That turbo usually runs a little over a grand.

It's also good to get everyones input before releasing anything as well. So I guess we shall find out soon enough.

Yeah, but then again you never know if it's a knock off or what, especially if you found it on ebay!

Well thats why I was wondering the specs because you never know what some people will use. I found them other than ebay but seem to be cheap knock off imitations, thats why I wanted to know the price of the turbo they used.

I just looked on ebay and they have the official shipped form garret turbo that is not a knockoff for $1100. That is the cheapest I see that claims to be garret.

I just typed it in Google and looked every where I could, I don't trust ebay info.

Yup, thats about right. Most vendors like turbochargers.com and atpturbo sell garrett DBB's for about $1200 - $1300 depending on the model. Garrett DBB turbos are not cheap. I would expect this kit to be around the $2k - $2500 range at least.
