I do hope you have a walbro 190 or 255 fuel pump in the tank too? these cars will not run right and hit fuel starvation due to not a big enough fuel pump before they have issues with fuel delivery under the hood... I've seen several 5457 dejon turbo upgrades and aGT3071... and these kids have never had a car with this level of power and they've all forgotten about their fuel pump..... >>>>Tuning issues and not running right!!! because not enough fuel flow to the engine due to the fuel pump....

Even the kit that's listed by baldturbofreak does not list a fuel pump upgrade and it NEEDS TO!!!!!!

Anytime you add 100+ more wheel hp to ANY CAR, it will require a fuel pump upgrade or it will not run right....Garanteed......

FAIL

not true... these fuel pumps are fine stock.. just need access to fuel pressure tables... and no you dont need a new fuel pump when you add 100 whp to any car..

GOD DAMN you always chime in and you NEVER know wtf you're talking about

So true I was 90whp over stock and never had an issue with fuel. AND! I had an extra injector pulling from the rail with no issues.

You think I'll need a new fuel pump now? We'll wait and see how she handles 350+whp in a couple weeks.

I am 90+ whp over stock too but he is talking 150+ whp over stock.
DI is a different animal. More fuel demand means more pressure needed to properly atomize the fuel. Otherwise we get fuel puddling in our cylinders and that causes incomplete combustion and power loss no matter what size turbo.

unburned fuel in cylinders actually helps keep the turbo/engine cooled under high boost:P

It also causes the high rpms power losses in all the big turbo LNF cars. DI is not the same animal as port fuel injection it is more like a Diesel with spark plugs. All big turbo LNF make about the same amount of peak power aroud 390-400 whp because there is no way to rev them over 6500 rpms because of the fuel issue.

I would if I knew the answers. I would try contacting the respective sellers. BTF, Dejon, Synapse if you have questions on their products.

To help put the pump concerns to bed, even at 46lbs/min the pressure in the DI rail never comes off 2150.
use your aeroforce or Dashhawk to confirm.
Revhigh 18, pm me with any questions you have. The ported shroud is mandatory when using the GT35R on our 2.0. Without it it surges like a mother above 23psi.
Swaintech Whitelightning is IMO the only coating that is worth a damn. It's not very pretty, but it IS pretty functional. It will reduce radiant heat by a significant amount.

you dont have to recirculate anything....its just an option. after getting this your going to need a tune so just have the car tuned for an atmospheric bov

It goes extremely rich for a few seconds after you let off and the BOV releases. Bogs like crazy.

^^^^unless your tuned......if your untuned thats whats going to happen because your computer doesnt know where the air is going to. if the car gets tuned for having a bov on it then theres not going to be any issues.

Nope. You cannot tune out the rich spikes without causing a lean condition at low load and idle (not safe at all to do). Recirculate back into the intake post MAF or convert to a blow through MAF setup otherwise you wil have issues eventually. Why do you think almost every menber on here has sold his BOV after owning it for a very short time.
