No personal experience, just a little skeptical about the results and I don't think they're worth the $/hp.
Springs on the other hand are a must on an LNF if you're going bigger boost or higher rpm's, especially if you have your head in your hands.

Yeah, you guys can run with that one, I'm leaving it alone!

On the cams, it also seems that some of the problems on other Ecotec's with broken springs, coil bind and collapsed, broken adjusters has been on cam swaps. I personally would stay with stock on cams on the LNF. Just my opinion though.
