P0036 is O2 Sensors heater. Tune may have caused bad A/F ratios..

If you recieved a tune for stg 1 sensors then you most likely will get a CEL for that soon as well. Your rear o2 isnt required for your cr to run correctly. Send Vince a email asking for the code to be deleted and the correct map sensor settings.

so i cleared the cel and then flashed to stock and it was fine for a while except my car was still boosting at like 140-160 kpa and then later when i restarted it now it has really loud turbo flutter and at first start up high boost was making the car buck and now i have the P0036 code and along with the code P2227 any idea whats wrong?

P2227 only comes from the GMS1 flash not being completed correctly.
