Help please? (Tunes)

im new to all this and i just had a few questions. i wana start moddin my 09 cobalt but ive been reading alot about tunes. like ive heard trifecta is the best way to go but unless your getting all the mods from hahn to go with their tune. ive also read hptuners and sc do tunes just as good, but like anyone else im tryin to go with the best bang for my buck. i would like to know which tune offers good hp and tq numbers for their price and which will get rid of the "learn-down" thingy the car has. and my mods will be: hahn cai, hahn 3" exhaust, hahn intercooler and piping, and zzp downpipe. so if anyone can tell me which one plays well with them please thatll be great!

If nobody down there is has HPT or is good with it, I'd say your best bet would be trifecta.

Intake and downpipe first then tune. The stock IC will handle eveything the stock turbo can throw at it so save your $. ps there is way better bang for your buck than shelling out for hahn parts. I went with cia's sri, catless dp and cp's + trifecta tune. I beat on my car regularly never had any problems 49,000kms (32,000 miles or so) tuned since 20,000km's.

I agree, don't do Hahn. If you ever plan to do a turbo upgrade figure out who it will be from and start using their products, it might save you money down the line. I'm getting 315 whp and 388 tq with Trifecta and they (Vince) are great guys that will help through most issues you might encounter.

I have been tuning a few cars around the Houston area. I have 14k miles on the car and 12k of them were tuned. I can get you the power you want reliably. Of course though if your wanting 25psi out of it your turbo is not going to last near the life if you were running factory tune. Thats really the only problem with tuning these cars. Give me a call If you want some info. Im not sure where Bandito is but i could meet half way for a reasonable price. 713-560-3889 Take a look at my signature.
