Help!!! Wierd little problem
Ok, well i have a question, just want you opinion on what the problem might be before going to warranty. when i am wot in second gear around 4000 to 5000 rpm the cars cel light flashes and blurp sound comes out of the exhaust. it only does this around 180 coolant temp.

I would say misfire as well.
But on a side note, whats with people beating on these cars when they are not yet up to proper temp? Wait until around 192 degrees holds steady for a minute before you start to wail on the thing. You need to allow your oil to get up to temperature as well....not just coolant.
Your engine is not going to last long if you abuse it before proper temp is reached.

Its a misfire for sure. I had It happen once. It turned out I had a bad ignition coil which the dealer took care of. So yeah. When it flashes call onstar and they will give you the code and then go to your dealer
