You mean you're not building boost or the turbo is not spinning?

What kind of blow off valve are you running? On my hks there was a rubber gasket that was loose and I could only boost to like 3 psi. Could be something dumb like that.

How hard are you getting into the throttle? Stuck wastegate? Lines buggered up on the boost solenoid up top or wastegate solenoid under the turbo?

If you took the WG solenoid off, make sure you didn't swap two of the three. It'd be pretty easy to do since it's so hard to get to.

Look at the attached vacuum routing diagram. Item 10 is the wastegate actuator. There are 3 vac lines and one electrical connection to it. One to the WG actuator, one to the inlet side of the turbo, one to the outlet side. Save the file & print it for reference.

I'd also check item 7, BPV solenoid routing.

You need to do a boost leak test. You're not going to hear it when you're driving unless it's huge. Build a tester and borrow an air compressor from someone if you don't already have one. Didn't ItalianJoe build this motor for you? Why isn't he helping you with this?
