Horrible noise shifting into 4th

I just got my car tuned a few days ago by Trifecta and tonight when I was out on the highway at WOT I shifted into 4th and it made a horrible noise I assume in the transmission since it was only when I shifted into 4th and not the other gears. Anyone have an idea of what it might be?

I think I mightve because I never do on the low gears but I used to before I was tuned in the higher gears so I think that is a possibility. What do you think mightve made the noise it was a really loud knocking sound

Did it sound like a machine gun kind of?

If yes its not your transmission, its a misfire, you either shifted too late or missed your no lift shift, or the car was not up to operating temp, it is a little more touchy to do no lift shift on the tune.

Yeah you probably just shifted too late, mine does that a lot when I don't pay attention
