How many have experianced issues with Forge atmospheric BPV?
I'm tracing down a boost issue on my car, explained in another thread. Some had said Forge atmospheric valves are not good with aftermarket turbo's. I am presently Trifecta tuned and had the ECP tune for the atmospheric valve. Today just for an experiment I put the supplied BPV that came on my ZFR back on. Instantly I noticed the rough idle on start up went away and it feels much smoother. I miss the angry hiss between gears, but it does feel better. The Forge was fine on the K04, but the ZFR dont like it. I dont know if it could be tuned out, or if its even worth putting it back on to try. I still havent leaned on it much, I'm now waiting for Vince to update my file for the stock bpv. Anyone else have similar experiences?
This is my issue Omni, I wasnt as concerned about this problem as I was interested if anyone else had forge related issues, granted they may be related,
I have a ZFR turbo behaving in a strange fashion. What it was doing was it would build up 24 PSI of boost and dump it all without warning. It also dumps all the boost with only a slight decrease in throttle pressure. ZZP had sent me a medium boost canister to replace the high pressure one that was on it when it came, I think that may fix the issue. My thoughts are its waste gate related and the medium will fix the issue. ZZP said to back the high pressure waste gate threaded rod back one turn, I'm wondering if that may be causing a problem. Last night on the way home I noted it wouldnt boost past 5PSI. I didnt want to keep flogging it till I fix the problem, but I did try twice with same results. Am I right in thinking its waste gate related

There's a lot of things that could be going on but I don't think the forge is the issue. What spring do you have in ther just for says sake?
whos tune do you have and what are you using for ffuel? Does the problem persist like evening when your cruirising at let's say like 70 Or 80mph?
What your cars doing is being thrown into limp mode. The second you cross the threshold where the car Doesnt . like something it throws it into limp mode where it will dump boost instantly and you cant boost past 5lbs even if you try to get on it again. When you cycle the key once or twice is it back to normal?
