i want to know how people run like 27 lbs of boost and not get cels or limp mode I heard that if its over 23lbs for more than 3 seconds it will kill the boost, I want to know so i can get my car to 27lbs of boost some people say that sensors are only rated for 2.5 bar or 23lbs?

 

I wouldn't boost more than 24 psi or you are risking piston damage.

You need to disable the overboost codes. I forget the #'s but someone will post them.

The only ways to make that much boost on the HP Tuners tunes is to fool the wastegate with the pill mod or get the 3 bar MAPs and a GMPP tune to build from.

Trifecta has unlocked the tables to do it also.

 

ya dont run 27psi, first ur overworking the turbo, second alot of people running that have busted pistons. sure some that were running less have to, but most of em are the 27psi + tunes
