Sleeves. I dont think anyone that has build a LNF has put sleeves in it. I dont really think they are needed. I can understand springs for RPM range. If you are going to do all this you might as well do it right the first time. If your going to do pistons you might as well do rods and if your doing that, get the rotating assembly balanced. You will want heads studs for not leak issues. I dont think anyone has ran into any leak issues but running more boost you dont want any problems.
