NGK 6509's is what he needs for 1 range colder. I'm running ~2 colder at the 6510's. No issues on them for months. No misfires WOT, color is good, I think they have around 8k on them now.

i have learned my lesson on spark plugs. everything felt fine but when i put my interceptor on for the first time the other day there were misfires left and right. stock plugs here i come

is 3 misfires about every minute when just cruising around bad? not WOT just cruising around town im talking about

Last night's log was much smoother. I think there is something funky with the boost controller setup but we're close to running correctly now

thanks BYT, as soon as muh girl gets out the shower ima go put in this new data, and log it, the autolite iridiums are workin out great. i myself do think that there is somethin funky with the boost controller.... i coulda gave a **** less if he put that thing in there. its just gettin in the way. and sometimes while im cruisin, in like, 4th or 5th, and i slowly get on it increasin boost real slow,, it sounds like there is a BOV INSIDE my car,, its like,, PPPPSSSHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! real quick,, and on low and high it still feels the same, so idk. im bout to junk that bitch.

BBG, that sound could be your waste gate dump tube, depending where they routed it.

its an internal wastegate...

from what i can see under there, it has a vac line from it, to the solenoid for the EBC,, then idk... i have tried to capture this sound on camera but its cutout by other noise.... at high rpms the turbo spool sounds choppy,,, it doesnt cause the whole car to spurt and jump and sputter,, so its not anything with the way the motor is running,, hell idk, its just chittery chattery psh ch ch ch ch ch all the way through... doesnt start doin it til like 5500 rpm....

Finally making some nice improvements on the car. Saw 46 MAF lbs and 34 VE on yesterday's log at 21psi Got the 60-100 around 4.6 seconds, still needs some work but we're heading in the right direction now!

Nick, you have a PM about MBCs. Did you get it yet? 4.6 seconds is not bad. Should be faster with that monster sized turbo on there though.

I agree, but the 1st logs were in the 6 second range LOL! When we get around 4-4.25 Ill be happy with the low setting. Still some funkiness with this EBC he has, Im still not sure its hooked up right. And it's hard to explain over the phone.
