Are there any exhaust leaks? Did the metal gasket ring stay in the O2 housing exit flange while you installed the downpipe?

If there are no exhaust leaks and no damaged wiring, I would unhook the ECM for 20 minutes and then hook it back up and start the car.

How many miles on the plugs/what kind of plugs?

You can check for leaks with soapy water in a water bottle, spray the flanges you played with.

Or feel around the flanges(not touch them) to see if you can feel exhaust coming out.

Well not for a misfiring CEL.

Plugs should be ok.

I know this may sound retarded, but did you let the car warm up before you started to romp on it?

LNFs DO NOT like to be anything less than fully warmed up

Try unplugging the battery for 20 minutes as Matt M said as well.

Have you been tuned for the dp? The codes could be causing the af to go off because of the exhaust O2 readings. The absense of cats can make your car think it is running shitty.

Lift up the mat in the trunk the battery is under it. Disconnect it and let it sit for a while. It will clear the codes. I had a cyl 3 misfire and cleared it the same way.

you can take your dp and chargepiping off before you go to the dealer. Are you tuned for your BOV? Datalog again and send it to Vince. But first I would change your plugs.New stockers are preferred

also if i had to get new plugs where would i get them from? if i go to the dealership would they replace them for free if im under warrenty

Why isn't your rear 02 sensor plugged in?Does ZZP not have a bug for it?

That's weird. The O2 is an important emission control that helps control fuel injection on newer cars. My 02 S-10 had a bad O2 sensor and it threw it into limp mode and the engine was running more rich than Bill Gates. See if they will take it back and get you one with an O2 bung in it.

Yea well it never hurts to ask. I would toss on the stocker and see if that helps. Unplugg the battery when you do it to clear the code. I wouldn't drive it til you get the O2 sensor in there. Maybe you can take it to a local shop and have them weld a bung in it. I am honestly surprised that ZZP sells a DP without an O2 bung. It's kind of a necissary item. They must have a good reason for it.

You said you put on a Dejon CP too. The O2 went bad on my old S-10. It threw it into limp mode and messed up all the fueling. It was running rich then lean then rich. The comp uses the O2 sensor to tell if the engine is burning rich or lean, from what I've been told. Without the input from the O2 sensor (since yours is absent) your engine might have been whacking the fuel trims all over the place. That happened in my 4.3L though, this is a whole different animal. Just trying to help, I'm not sure what your issue is exactly so at this point I'm just guessing.
