I have been debating on getting this turbo or one like it due to with my current car I don't care to make gobs and gobs of hp/tq. How do you like it and what tune do you have and did they tune the car with this turbo installed? I wonder if this turbo will hold up better under higher boost than the stock one does, and this turbo efficiency range is much higher than that of the stock turbo. It still makes power up to 7k and doesn't drop off until 72-7300. I don't know if peak power will be much higher but average power will definitely be higher and that means more to me.

Quoting from BTF himself, with a lighter billet aluminum wheel, you can spool it out faster safely aka more boost. He had told me that 25PSI will be safe along with my newly installed water/meth kit. Im the only one that has responded on here to have compressor surge problems, so its kind of a buzz kill in that sense but i still make decent power throughout the RPM band.

What tune are you running? I can't believe you still get surge with the exhaust set up you have.

Seriously I am laughing as well. Why in the hell would you ever push such a small turbo to 30PSI. 313 WHP on 30 lbs with full exhaust intake and charge piping LOL HAHAHAHAHAHAHAhA .

That turbo is so out of its efficiency range I wouldn't be surprised if your turbo is **** within 6 months.
