Injen Charge pipe

So i have injen upper charge pipe, and i've popped it off twice now when I hit full boost. it has shitty C clamps and I am thinking about buying tclamps, anyone know what size i should get? I've never had to buy them before.

ah sheet I had all the parts list posted somewhere. I think it is 2.5" turbo and ic side and 3 inch to connect the injen pipes. You'll want longer couplers too. the stock injen are short as f.

EDIT: don't listen to my 3" ones check thread below.

f I know! I installed my injen, went to get on the hwy..POOF. had to limp that **** home and be the dbag going way too slow.

T clamps and the couplers are amazing. Don't over tighten, you'll crush the injen. Just enough to see the tclamp push into silicone.

Or just get this:
Intercoolers & Pressure Piping - MPx Coupler Upgrade Kit (For Use w/ Injen Upper Pressure Piping) 08-10 Cobalt SS

I personally wouldn't buy it, especially for that price tag, there are cheaper alternatives, but there are plenty of options, and these dimensions will give you the basic understanding of what you'll need.

no im saying my car came stock with t bolt clamps on the charge pipes.. lower and upper just like the brand new ones I purchased from zzp. There is honestly no difference in the stock T bolt clamps on my charge pipes than the ones I just bought..

sorry this picture is not about the charge pipe.. more about the end tank of the intercooler but you can tell that i have the same t bolt clamps as the ones I purchased from zzp...

yeah stock does have tbolts, BUT they are built into the rubber stock hose ends. you have to cut them out if you want to reuse them.

All you have to do is cut one little flap open and they slide right out. Its not like you're gonna hack up the stock pipe/coupler to get them.

I actually bought the MPx upgrade kit. It was pricey but it the pipe never once blew off on stock turbo or the BNR.

To OP the T-bolt clamps should be good and if that isn't enough hair spray... seriously. Though you shouldn't be having that big of an issue.

Damn y'all girls need to learn how to tighten some bolts! I have the injen piping and I think the couplers are perfectly sized and haven't had a problem on a 23psi tune. Lol
