Question on Charge pipe, ect.

So I am thinking of getting a charge pipe before I get tuned, I was wondering if this is a good deal, and also will it fit properly, I have an Injen CAI so I figured might as well have a brand matched... all input appreciated!

love the injen charge piping! but no thats not a good deal. I got mine on sale from OTTP for under 200.

Injen Black Pressure Piping 08+ Chev Cobalt SS Turbo - Intercoolers & Hoses

mpx has it pretty cheap too. And you'd be supporting a vendor.

If you read the description it was for the black injen cp. mpx offers the coupler upgrade but I bought my coupler and tbolt's off siliconeintakes.com for less than 45. Install is easy but can take a while worming the tubes in and out. also you want to make sure they are tight...well with tbolts its easy, otherwise youll have a blow off tube and thats no fun on the hwy....

Injen is TOP/HOT pipe only.
Injen only makes a top/hot pipe, no lower is made/included, and it is really not needed. Check the part number. It takes 2 pipes to make a "hot side". Both are used on the hot side.

You get nothing more for $30

yup

2.0" is at the turbo
then the injen goes to 2.5" diameter.
At about the turn to go into the hole of the wheel well it is cut
2.5" coupler there to connect the 2 injen pieces
then
2.5" coupler at the injen to IC

You need 2 tbolts per 1 coupler.
